(This is what Chancy looked like as a puppy.)
Chancy was purchased as a puppy by snooty people who couldn't stand her tearing up jack and ripping their furniture to shreds. So they took her to the pound to get rid of her.
They put her in a cage and locked it. People were coming and going but nobody picked her out. She was so sad, but one day a young couple came from Greentown and seemed to like her, so they took her home. She was so happy. After a while the couple decided they couldn't stand each other, so they got a divorce, then neither of them wanted Chancy. Unhappy again, she was left in the house for hours and days at a time, so they put an ad in the paper to get rid of her again. By this time, Chancy was 4 and a half-years-old, and needed a friend and a real home. I saw the ad in the paper, and went to see her. She acted like I was her long lost friend, and I couldn't resist taking her home. She immediately jumped in my truck, and seemed to be one happy dog. She has been with me ever since.

Chancy got so lucky coming to live with you and Mamaw! Now she has a home with people who love her forever!!

AWWWW....that is such a sweet story. Chancy is so lucky to have you...and you're just as lucky to have her!!!! Isn't it wonderful to have her love in return?!?!? PRICELESS!!!!
